Privacy

We’re in early access. A formal privacy policy reviewed by counsel ships before public launch — this page describes, plainly, what this site does today.

What this site collects on its own

Like every website, our servers see a device’s network address and the pages it asks for, kept in service logs for up to 30 days. This site sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. We also count page views ourselves, in aggregate: which page, on which day, which campaign link brought a visitor, a broad region taken from the browser’s time zone, and whether it was a phone, tablet or computer — plain counts, with nothing that identifies a person. Browsers that send the Global Privacy Control signal are not counted.

The demo request form

When you request a demo we keep your name, your email address, the grade you chose, and anything you wrote in the note. We use them for one thing: to set up and send your family’s demo invitation, and to reach you about it. A person reads every request. Duplicate requests from the same email are merged into one. Invitations are sent from invites@bluepotionlabs.com; replies reach support@bluepotionlabs.com.

Two choices you make on the form

The box “I’m a parent or guardian” is required: the demo is for families, and only an adult can ask for one. The box “Email me when the alpha opens” is optional and unchecked to begin with. If you ask us to, we also write to you when the alpha opens and, now and then, about what we’re building; every such email carries a way to stop them. Either way, write to privacy@bluepotionlabs.com and we take you off the list.

How long we keep it

We keep your request while the demo program runs, or until you ask us to remove it. Closed requests are deleted after 12 months. The network address a request came from is kept for 30 days, hashed, only to spot abuse of the form, and is then removed.

The bot check

The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots. When the form loads, Cloudflare receives your device’s network address and browser signals to run that check; we store none of it. Cloudflare is listed on our subprocessors page. Nothing else on this site loads from a third party, and we use no analytics.

Who runs this site

Blue Potion Labs LLC operates this site. Mailing address and telephone: posted here the week of September 15, 2026. Amazon Web Services runs it, in the United States, where everything we store lives. The full list of vendors is on our subprocessors page.

Once your child plays

Gameplay, demo sessions, and the session report are covered by the EduGameVerse family notice.
